Wine and Spirits is not just my passion, it is my raison d'être, the pull of which compelled me to give up my Army career of 23 years to pursue it full time. Been exploring the Himalayan botanical brews from The 6th Element — layered, nuanced, and surprisingly complex in flavour, with ingredients like rhododendron, sea buckthorn, blue pea flower, kilmora berry, and Himalayan coffee- built over the base of black barley Malt.
